Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is short :

  • from the day the goods are received by the customer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier),

Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Effects of retraction

In the event of a valid withdrawal, www.pro-connect.com will reimburse all sums paid without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the decision to withdraw was brought to its attention.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different method.

Product returns

The customer must return or send back the goods without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of communicating their decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

The product must be returned :

  • in its original state,

  • complete (packaging, accessories, instructions),

  • and not to have suffered any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the property.
